Another important factor is that you will also receive all of the updates made to the software for a full year after your purchase absolutely free. These updates add new features (as requested by our clients), improve the software (based on comments from you), and include all of the tax reporting updates (something our competitors like to charge extra for). Our commitment is to continue to improve upon our software every day to ensure that we are meeting the changing needs of all our customers.
After your first year is complete, you will be required to pay for maintenance and support for $168 annually. Simply pay the renewal fee and another full year of support and software updates are yours. You will then be entitled to support services and software updates on an ongoing basis..

If you downloaded PSA onto your own device, you will need to ask the manufacture of the hardware device for help.
